- Turned 40
- Started running again
- Partied 40 style

- Did some yoga
- Plucked up courage to go along to a running group
- Loved running group
- Started running with lots of people
- Ran 10 miles on new year's day
- Ran a half marathon in a blizzard
- Got a PB in said blizzard half
- Set some goals for 2018 (12 in 12 gulp)
- Remembered I had a running blog and thought I'd better update it
- Summarized the last 12 months in 18 bullet points.
